Ingredients
  1. 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  2. 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  3. 2 T honey
  4. 1 T chia seads
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes to allow chia seeds to expand.
  2. Whisk ingredients and then pour into popsicles molds.
  3. Put molds in the freezer for 3 hours or until fully frozen.
